Copyright © 2026 TrakCorp Ltd. These restrictions apply only to TrakCorp-original files (Motion effects, Dashboards templates and widgets) that are not already published under MIT or ISC.

You may, without limit

• use them in personal and commercial end products;
• use them in unlimited client projects;
• modify them;
• deliver their source as part of a completed client end product.

You may not

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, changed or unchanged, as a standalone component or template pack, UI kit, competing library or source-download product.

No visible TrakCorp credit is needed in your end product. Keep the copyright and licence notices in the source files.

TrakCorp Onyx — lifetime directory access (£29.99, one payment)

• One payment, continued account download access for as long as the TrakCorp Onyx product operates.
• Includes future components released within the Onyx directory.
• You keep perpetual licensed use of files you have already downloaded.
• Does not include custom development, separate TrakCorp apps or services, or unlimited personal implementation support.

Hosted account access is not guaranteed forever independently of the product's operation. Onyx includes TrakCorp Motion and TrakCorp Dashboards without separate purchases.

Open-source components

Components from shadcn/ui, Magic UI, Kokonut UI, Cult UI, Motion Primitives, Tailark, UI Layout, Mantine and the Lucide icons keep their original MIT or ISC licences. Nothing on this page restricts them. Each download includes its original licence notice. The six free interface components are MIT licensed.

TrakCorp sells curated delivery, theming, packaging and maintenance of these editions. That code is not exclusive to TrakCorp and remains available from its original authors. Files TrakCorp has already released free under MIT keep that licence — a paid badge on a later edition does not revoke rights anyone already has. Commons Clause and premium-only libraries are not included.

Warranty and your rights

The files are provided as is. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
